Article Processing Charge

As an open-access journal, Advances in Plant Science and Environment (APSE) ensures that all published articles are freely accessible to the global research community, facilitating the widespread dissemination of scientific knowledge.

However, APSE offers APC waivers for authors during the 2025-2026 calendar year. These waivers are part of our initiative to support researchers, particularly those from underfunded regions or institutions. The APC supports the editorial and operational costs. The fee helps maintain the journal's sustainability and ensures that authors' work reaches a broad audience without financial barriers.

Our policy reflects a commitment to high standards of scholarly publication in the fields of plant science and environmental research. We aim to foster inclusivity and encourage the submission of high-quality research, without imposing undue financial constraints on authors. APC Discount Policy
If authors are unable to secure funding for their research work or cannot afford the publication fee, they are encouraged to contact the APSE or BGA Press office via email at editor@bgapress.com with the subject title: "Request for APC Discount". In special circumstances, a full or half discount may be granted.
